We want you to love your sanctuary. If your new home or garden items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
